Return & Refund Policy
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the mouse must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with the included accessories.
Request authorization first
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item and your reason for return. Obtain return authorization and return instructions before sending the item. Our return address is Ikonystic, 25 Allée Des Peupliers, 02100 Saint-Quentin, France.
Return shipping and fees
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping to the authorized return address in France. Ikonystic pays return shipping when the return results from our error, a damaged item, a defect or an incorrect item. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent you from reporting damage, a defect or an incorrect item. We will review the issue and arrange an authorized return and refund as applicable.
Refunds
After the return is reviewed and the refund is approved, funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval. Contact us if you need help identifying a refund.
